We had Dalton as our technician this time, he called ahead of time scheduled to let us know he was on his way, demonstrated great listening skills as well as had input we valued, maintained Covid precautions , completed sprinkler & moving the sprinkler box to allow for new concrete pad & was very pleasant to work with. Cannot say enough good things regarding Aquamax & our super technician Tony. We initially were referred to this company by our best friends last yr after building a new home of which the sprinkler system provided was not the best & we had some additional work performed We called again this yr to inquire on replacing the soaker system in 3 flower beds as well as adding drip lines to 8 pots of flowers. Tony initially came out a day ahead of time schedule & then returned the next day to provide service of replacing with upright heads & drip lines. He was here from 8-2 pm & it looked like we had someone plow up the beds & as Tony is such a perfectionist by the time he left there was no sign he had ever been here & the revised improved system was working perfectly. He made sure all our other heads were back in working order after being shut down for the winter. He goes above & beyond listening , understanding our needs, offering solutions & suggestions, making sure we were satisfied , and is a HUGE asset to both Aquamax & gives piece of mind to his clients. We will always use their service & will suggest this service company. Also , while we are in Covid 19 precaution mode Tony was more than aware of “ social distancing “ while still performing his job skills

Chris showed up on time and quickly solved our issue. He then explained how to move a sprinkler head. He worked hard & was efficient.

He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what adjustments needed to be made to help make the system more effective as well as efficient during the heat of the summer. I especially appreciate how prompt he is whenever I set up an appointment.
