Reaching the Office
The fastest way to reach us is by phone or text at 972-429-1700. The office answers during business hours and monitors the line after hours. If you are dealing with water running that you cannot stop, call rather than emailing so we can walk you through shutting the system down.
Aquamax serves Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and Tarrant County communities. When you reach out, having your address, a short description of what the system is doing, and which zones are affected lets us schedule the right kind of visit the first time.

Service Coverage and Response
Our crews run routes daily through the northern and eastern suburbs of Dallas and regularly work west into the Mid-Cities and Fort Worth. Because appointments are routed geographically, telling us your city when you call helps us find the earliest realistic slot.

What to Have Ready When You Call
The more we know before your appointment, the more your experienced technician can accomplish in one visit. Useful details include which zones are affected, the make and model of your controller if you know it, whether you have noticed pooling water, hissing lines or unusually high water use, and whether the system has been serviced before. Photos of a problem area, a wet spot or an error screen on the controller can be texted to the office and often help us bring the right parts.

After-Hours Contact
The after-hours line is answered by the owner. Most calls outside of office hours are handled over the phone with guidance on shutting down a zone, closing the isolation valve or turning the controller off so a problem does not get worse overnight. Repair visits are scheduled through the office during normal business hours.

Aquamax holds Texas Irrigation License LI0008514, verifiable through the TCEQ, and carries general liability insurance. Every job is performed by our own experienced technicians rather than subcontracted crews, which is why the person who diagnoses your system is the person who repairs it.
